Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the sensitive nature of our products for research and lab use, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
• No returns or refunds are permitted unless the product received differs from what was ordered.
• If an item is received damaged or incorrect, contact customer service at info@trustedpeptides.store immediately for assistance.
• By placing an order, you agree to our returns, refunds, and cancellation policy. Non-compliance may result in order delays or cancellations.

Please note that opened, altered, or specially handled items (including those requiring specific temperature conditions) cannot be accepted for return due to the potential for degradation and contamination.

 

Return Eligibility:

• Incorrect Products: If you received an incorrect product, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
• Missing Products: If any items are missing from your order, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Return Process:

2. Provide the reason for the return and include pictures of the product, if applicable.
3. Our team will review your request and determine whether a refund is applicable.
4. If the return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Refund Process:

• Once the returned items are verified, we will process your exchange or refund accordingly.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Note: Opened items will not be accepted for return.
